I feel calm when I create the life I really want by getting intimate with my fears.

This week seems to flaring some triggers or sounding some silent alarms as the energy around us is disrupted by the outside world, mother nature and other current conditions that are forcing us to change. February is the month of love and passion and it will manifest in either a healthy creative way or angry toxic ways. What happens is entirely based on how you react and respond this week with the things winding you up. If you feel like you are being triggered and it is coming out in negative ways, it is a signal for you to stop whatever it is you are doing and breathe calmness into your being immediately and slowly whilst counting backwards from 100.


Any time you feel a spiral of energy that is building up that you know is going to need a release, this means it is time to hit your circuit breaker with your deep purposeful breathwork. Your brain cannot overreact and focus on breathing at the same time. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth, until you can feel this breathwork bring a wave of calmness over you. This is a good time to connect with your creator and angels and have an honest conversation with yourself about why you feel so out of control? Is it really something you can control? If yes, then what can you do right now to help yourself for your highest good? If the answer is no, then all that’s left for you to do is breathe and leave it in the hands of the great creator because obviously things that are out of our control are often necessary in the bigger picture, that we cannot see.
